Greetings Yogis! I want to invite you to come and practice from December 27th 2025 to January 2nd 2026.
I will be teaching traditional Mysore Style, Led class and Pranayama. Tom Woodfin will be leading Breathwork sessions.
Weather has been really good for all the previous winter retreats I’ve organized here. Alentejo has a desert like weather, normally with dry air and blue sky.
To finish the old year and welcome the new we will have a sweat lodge ceremony, New Year’s Eve Pizza Party and DJ set by Luzia.
If you have been here before you know what to expect. Nature, good food, very warm yoga shala.
Waves can be very good at this time of the year and there are breaks for all levels, from totally beginners to advanced.

How to get to Vila Nova de Milfontes:
You can fly to Lisbon airport or Faro airport. If you are renting a car, both airports are a good option. If you want to use public transportation to arrive to, it is best to fly to Lisbon and take a bus to Cercal or Vila Nova de Milfontes from “Sete Rios bus station” or take the train on Sete Rios or Estação Oriente to Funcheira. Funcheira is 20 km from Cercal and 31km away from Milfontes so you must find a way to transfer from there to Cercal or Milfontes.
What to bring:
Bring your Yoga Mat. Surf equipment if you have, if not you can rent it here.
